Refund policy

REFUND Disclaimer: ALL sizes, colors, and design specifications are provided and confirmed by the purchaser prior to production. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the accuracy of all submitted details. Digital Ink Print Studios is not liable for any errors in size, color, or design once approved by the purchaser. Please double-check all specifications on your order, as all sales are FINAL. 

Orders requesting cancellation will be subject to a 50% service charge fee. These fees are assessed due to the nature of the product as customized printing service.

Reprints: When requesting a reprint, all incorrect images must be returned and or account for. Reprints will be subject to observation and discussion for approval by Digital Ink Staff. Reprint requests can be denied if found to be customer error and failure to adhere to the necessary requirements outlined in our printing guidelines.
